This small program is a free and open source equivalent of ArtMoney (on Windows) or The Cheat (on Mac)... but it works only with Linux.
With it you can edit numbers stocked in your computer memory... to cheat in game... for example.
Features:
- Works with a Graphical User Interface (no command-line).
- What ever happened, Linux protect your memory : you can only edit selected program's memory.
Limitations:
- Doesn't work with wine.

Binaries are programs that can be directly used on your computer. If you just want to try or use Mem Write, it's a good choice.
Using the PPA is recomended since you will receive updates automaticaly from your update manager.
You only need to install the PPA (Personal Package Archives) once. In order to do that, you just need to lunch this command :
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:colingille/freshlight && sudo apt-get update
Then, you can simply use this apt-url to install Mem Write : apt://memwrite.
